Cristina Lucchini

Cristina was born in Milan on February 8, 1963. Zodiac sign Aquarius, Virgo ascendant.Liceo Classico Parini, Degree in Philosophy (110 cum laude) with specialization in Psychology in 1986.

She started working at Edizioni Condè Nast in 1987, first at L'UOMO VOGUE (until 1998) reaching the qualification of editor-in-chief and head of Vogue Tessuti, then as Director of Vogue Gioiello (which goes from 3 to 6 issues a year) and Vogue Pelle  and has been a Professional Journalist since 1992. Cristina has collaborated at the same time as the birth of GQ Italia under the direction of Andrea Monti, setting up the fashion section and his team.

In 2003 she was called to the project and launch of the weekly Vanity Fair where I remain as Co-Director (responsible for all fashion, covers, celebrities and relations with advertisers) until June 2011 when she took up a new challenge: the relaunch of Amica for Rcs Periodicals.

On the occasion of the magazine's 50th anniversary, she also produced the book "Amica è ..."

In April 2013 Cristina returned to Condè Nast as Managing Director of Glamour, to then return to Vanity Fair as Co-Director and Special Events and Projects Manager in 2019, a position she holds thus far. IIn recent years she has collaborated on many projects, books and photographic exhibitions, conceiving image concepts for companies in the luxury sector linked to the magazines in which she  worked, she spoke in seminars and workshops related to the fashion image.

Cristina loves teamwork, knows how to motivate the team, and is passionate about finding the right balance between quality image and commercial needs. In recent years she has  studied sectors and issues related to Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusivity
